Sephy is a warm and enthusiastic professional, who is skilled in working on individual, team, and greater organisational level to create successful workplace interventions. Sephy is passionate and holds strong values – using these to drive all that she does. She cares greatly about people, her work, and achieving excellence in all aspects of life.

An engaging facilitator and therapist, Sephy has vast experience delivering many different programs to all types of audiences. With a particular passion for encouraging mental health conversations are approached with confidence and often, she is focussed on ensuring this message is being delivered with quality information and allowing space for those questions to be answered.
Data driven, and with a strong background in research, Sephy is particularly well placed to provide insight into trends and experiences of individuals and workplaces. Sephy is experienced with medical teams, women in mining, age diversity, stereotypes, and the unique challenges faced. She has experience in a number of areas including mental health and wellbeing, change management, training, coaching, teamwork, culture, and selection. Psychosocial risk identification and management is a special interest of Sephy’s, with her working closely with many clients to measure psychosocial risks and to engage in proactive strategies to minimise these. She is also accredited in using Saville, GeneSys, and Hogan psychometric assessments and has particular skill in the use of psychometric profiling for selection and development purposes.
Sephy believes that as we spend most of our lives working, it is imperative that we make each workplace the best it can be.
