An experienced organisational psychologist, over the past 15 years Neesha has worked across a diverse array of industries to assist organisations to optimise their human potential. Through her work, Neesha has a strong focus on international development, specifically in the space of integrating the UN Sustainable development goals on a local level utilising a positive psychology ‘flourishing’ philosophy.

Throughout her years of practice, Neesha has provided both clinical and organisational interventions, using evidence-based treatment to benefit both individuals and organisations. An expert in organisational diagnostics, including psychometric assessments, the facilitation of organisational mediations, team interventions, executive coaching, training services and behavioural investigations. She had over ten years’ experience in the field of performance management and industrial relations. Her current area of greatest focus is working with both government and private organisations in the development of psychological safe workplaces through the implementation of proactive psychosocial strategies and processes.
Neesha is grounded and authentic, with a genuine interest to assist others to be the best version of themselves. This is clearly demonstrated to her longstanding commitments to the profession as an Organisational Psychologist.

Development and delivery of training packages, inclusive of online instructional training development and presentation;
Executive coaching and feedback (ACT approach to Coaching); and
Human Resources-related issues, including performance management, factual investigations and policy development.
