Melanie is a dynamic and engaging therapist, coach and facilitator who is results focused and able to provide keen insight into a client, group or team in a professional, warm and genuine way. She has worked with a variety of public and private organisations and in the higher education sector.

Strategic and considered in her approach to organisational development, facilitation and coaching, Melanie helps her clients to quickly understand their needs and define a helpful path forward. Melanie has contributed to empirical research in the field of Executive Coaching and is passionate about having the right conversation to help individuals achieve their goals.

Melanie is a fully registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. Her professional training in commerce, counselling and organisational psychology give her a unique perspective on giving people the tools to flourish as individuals and leaders, both in a team and as part of the wider organisation. She has significant professional experience in organisational development interventions such as change management, leadership development, culture change, grievance management, organisational restructure and talent management.

With a strong understanding and experience in education, public and private sector environments, Melanie is passionate about individuals and organisations reaching their full potential and achieving meaningful and sustainable change.

An experienced organisational psychologist, over the past 15 years Neesha has worked across a diverse array of industries to assist organisations to optimise their human potential. Through her work, Neesha has a strong focus on international development, specifically in the space of integrating the UN Sustainable development goals on a local level utilising a positive psychology ‘flourishing’ philosophy.


Throughout her years of practice, Neesha has provided both clinical and organisational interventions, using evidence-based treatment to benefit both individuals and organisations. An expert in organisational diagnostics, including psychometric assessments, the facilitation of organisational mediations, team interventions, executive coaching, training services and behavioural investigations. She had over ten years’ experience in the field of performance management and industrial relations. Her current area of greatest focus is working with both government and private organisations in the development of psychological safe workplaces through the implementation of proactive psychosocial strategies and processes. 

Neesha is grounded and authentic, with a genuine interest to assist others to be the best version of themselves. This is clearly demonstrated to her longstanding commitments to the profession as an Organisational Psychologist.

Cesar is a registered psychologist with over twenty years of experience, eleven of them in Australia. Through his work he has developed an ample understanding of individual’s qualities, potential, challenges and pressing issues; and thanks to this awareness he implements a model of coaching based on collaboration, accurate information and pragmatism that results in increased self-efficacy, transformation and personalised solutions to their areas of concern.

His work approach is underpinned by extensive training in psychodynamics, neurobiology and ethics (moral psychology). Over the years and in response to an evolving society he has introduced relevant forms of therapy including CBT, solution-focussed interventions, existential therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and neuroscience.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Cesar is comfortable rendering services in any of these languages.

Sephy is a warm and enthusiastic professional, who is skilled in working on individual, team, and greater organisational level to create successful workplace interventions. Sephy is passionate and holds strong values – using these to drive all that she does. She cares greatly about people, her work, and achieving excellence in all aspects of life.

An engaging facilitator and therapist, Sephy has vast experience delivering many different programs to all types of audiences. With a particular passion for encouraging mental health conversations are approached with confidence and often, she is focussed on ensuring this message is being delivered with quality information and allowing space for those questions to be answered.

Data driven, and with a strong background in research, Sephy is particularly well placed to provide insight into trends and experiences of individuals and workplaces. Sephy is experienced with medical teams, women in mining, age diversity, stereotypes, and the unique challenges faced. She has experience in a number of areas including mental health and wellbeing, change management, training, coaching, teamwork, culture, and selection. Psychosocial risk identification and management is a special interest of Sephy’s, with her working closely with many clients to measure psychosocial risks and to engage in proactive strategies to minimise these. She is currently completing her PhD degree and is passionate about helping tertiary students flourish by engaging in academic teaching. Due to her background in research and education, Ju-dith's data-driven and systematic approach to problem solving allows her to design and deliver tailored interventions to clients. She highly values growth and learning, and strives to support others as they pursue their personal and professional goals.

Ju-dith has a keen interest in using psychometric assessments for both selection and development. She believes that matching the right person with the right job is crucial for individual and organisational success. She also believes in the importance of identifying and utilizing one's own strengths to bring about meaningful changes in order to realize one's goals.
