Ju-dith is a compassionate and empathetic psychologist, consultant, researcher, and facilitator. She has experience in a range of areas, including psychometric assessments, selection, development, change management, science communication, education, and facilitation.


She is currently completing her PhD degree and is passionate about helping tertiary students flourish by engaging in academic teaching. Due to her background in research and education, Ju-dith's data-driven and systematic approach to problem solving allows her to design and deliver tailored interventions to clients. She highly values growth and learning, and strives to support others as they pursue their personal and professional goals.

Ju-dith has a keen interest in using psychometric assessments for both selection and development. She believes that matching the right person with the right job is crucial for individual and organisational success. She also believes in the importance of identifying and utilizing one's own strengths to bring about meaningful changes in order to realize one's goals. Ju-dith is accredited in using Hogan and Saville WAVE psychometric assessments, and is passionate about using these tools to help create effective and fulfilling workplaces.
