David is driven by data and research, with his work being published in peer-reviewed journals, and advanced into training packages for clients. He has a particular interest in health and wellbeing - how happiness and human growth can lead to higher productivity, performance, safety, job satisfaction and more. David is committed in promoting positive change for both organisations and individuals.

David has worked with teams across various sectors and disciplines. This includes managing strategic challenges within the resource sector, such as enhancing communication strategies and identifying team capabilities and strengths.

David has led transformational change within the public and clinical sector, as he developed state-wide learning and development initiatives to empower leaders, to achieve strategic goals, and to build a cohesive and proficient team. This work involved comprehensive team and individual assessments, including identification of training needs and areas of growth.
