Alex is an engaging and relatable corporate psychologist who prides himself on building strong relationships and rapport with clients and key stakeholders. Alex is driven to create meaningful change at every opportunity; promoting integrated interventions at an individual, team, and organisational levels to maximise quality results.

Alex believes that mitigating illness, preventing harm, and promoting thriving at work simultaneously promotes positive individual wellbeing, team performance, and organisational productivity.
Alex has spent several years implementing leadership initiatives across mining and construction organisations. With experience assisting multiple organisational levels such as C-suite, onsite management, middle-management, and entry level/graduates, Alex believes the gold-standard of success is long-term behavioural change.
Alex has demonstrated success in promoting capable and committed leaders to effectively engage in psychosocial risk management implementation to align with regulator expectations around workplace wellbeing, reducing team conflict, and promoting transformational leadership behaviours.

Alex has a strong statistics background, including psychometric design, development, and validation which assists Alex in adopting a strong, data-driven approach to various initiatives.
Alex is also passionate about leadership coaching, positive psychology, emotional intelligence and corporate strategy.
